Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Work with account team to help develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional design and expected result.
Check the website for broken links, missing contents, and missing page titles.
Proofread spelling and grammar of content.
Analyze metadata structures.
Filter file sizes of pages to ensure they are not too large.
Compare website browser compatibility.
Inspect if applications are functioning correctly, e.g. online forms, etc.
Verify that Server Side Scripting or other languages function correctly.
Check that pages conform to our Web-Accessibility standard
Confirm that the Website Design standard is maintained.
Requirements
A graduate of Computer Science or Information Technology
Fresh grads may apply
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must have good collaboration skills
Hard-working and a team player, very detail-oriented
Experience in WordPress is an advantage but not required
With excellent ability to analyze information, formulate conclusions and recommendations.
