Responsibilities

Translate complex Photoshop comps to clean, semantic markup with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Employ AJAX and Javascript(jQuery) for visual effects, event handling, and document manipulation.
Leverage development and project management experience to deliver successful custom application development projects
Collaborate effectively with the development team.
Understand the client’s goals and objectives in order to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Transfers/shares gained knowledge to colleagues for synchronization purposes.
Ensures we are proactive in our pursuit of new solutions and innovation within our technology practice

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and at least 4 years working experience is required
Must have at least 3-year experience in leading a team of developers
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver
Knowledge in responsive design, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, XML, Javascript (jQuery), WAMP and PHP frameworks
Knowledge in designing and developing Content Management System and E-commerce Systems
Knowledge in WordPress, Joomla, Magento, Drupal, and Adobe Flash
Experience optimizing sites for mobile devices and building responsive websites
Thorough understanding of cross-platform coding and browser compatibility issues and of web design in relation to site development
Must have solid experience in MVC Framework or other web application architectures
Candidate must possess good work ethics
Must be able to work efficiently with an eye for detail
Must be hardworking and flexible
