SEO Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Can formulate SEO strategies
  • Can manage and create a weekly work plan
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Promote both onsite and offsite activities that build ranking, profile, and traffic
  • Monitor, track, and report on natural search metrics, including trend analysis
  • Ensure that all websites and internet properties have been technically optimized to attract and engage those visitors that match the company’s target audience
  • Perform keyword research
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
  • Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
  • Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
  • Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goal and assist in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development; and research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
  • Online reputation management (ORM)
  • Create & maintain a backlink plan for all target websites
REQUIREMENTS
  • Have a thorough knowledge of search ranking factors and critical updates
  • Have managed a team of content writers, link builders, and social media marketers
  • Experience working with PR, Web Dev, and Social as it relates to SEO
  • Strong skills in quantifying results of keyword ranking

  • Incorporate a strong customer focus in your activities where knowing your customer is key
  • Experience of leading organizations like this and have a background in product or marketing management within IT, digital media or internet related business
